Delete your account
Two ways to do it. Both wipe your library, graph, notes, coach history, and profile within 30 days. No questions asked.
01From inside the app
The fastest path:
- Open RollMind.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by typing
DELETEwhen prompted.
You'll be signed out immediately. The deletion job runs in the background and finishes within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
02By email
If you can't sign in or prefer email:
- Email hi@rollmind.app with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify it's you.
- If that's not possible (e.g. you lost access to that inbox), email us anyway and we will verify your identity by other means before deleting.
We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
Deleting your RollMind account does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it on the platform first (instructions in Support → Billing), then delete your account. Stripe-billed subscriptions are cancelled as part of account deletion.
03What gets deleted
When deletion completes, we permanently remove:
- Your account and authentication record.
- Your profile (belt, training focus, onboarding answers).
- Your library — every video, transcript reference, and metadata.
- Your graph — all techniques, edges, notes, tags, and custom edits.
- Your coach chat history.
- Game plans and learning sequences you generated.
Backups containing this data roll off within 90 days of deletion.
04What we keep, briefly
We retain a minimal set of records after deletion, only where the law requires:
- Billing records — invoices and subscription history. Held for 7 years to satisfy tax obligations in most jurisdictions.
- Anonymous diagnostics — crash reports already collected may persist in Sentry for up to 90 days. They contain no personally identifying information after your account is deleted.
- Compliance records — if we received a legal request involving your account before deletion, we preserve only what we are required to.
None of this is used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
05Timeline at a glance

06Can I re-create the account later?
Yes. After deletion you can sign up again with the same email. Nothing carries over — you start with a fresh seed graph.
07Want a copy first?
Before you delete, you can export your library and graph:
- Pro: Settings → Library → Export → Markdown or Anki.
- Anyone: email hi@rollmind.app for a JSON dump within 7 days.
